What is a Salvage Title?
A salvage title is for vehicles that become distressed vehicles. A vehicle however gets distressed when either one or more part have been destroyed or wrecked. Even if the have been stolen, damaged, and are missing. If the car has been wrecked to the extreme from atleast 75% to 95% then the car itself will be a pre-damaged car value.
All the damage will be notified and determined by the vehicles insurance company. However, again the title will be replaced by its original title. The salvage title that is. A vehicle that owns a title cannot be used out in the open on the public roads and also cannot be plated either in the front or back. The only way that will be neccessary to do so if you get trained by a police officer and you get to retitle it.
